Situated on the French Riviera, Toulon is a beautiful coastal city with azure waters and scenic beaches. Explore the maritime history and tour the French naval base. Wander through Old Town's narrow streets and sample fresh seafood along the lively waterfront. Visit the outdoor food market and don't miss tasting regional specialties like bouillabaisse stew. Toulon’s claim to fame may be its proximity to Riviera towns like Sanary-sur-Mer and Bandol, but its own shining attraction is the Rue Des Arts district — a network of streets and alleyways lined with murals, galleries and bars. If you’d prefer to admire the natural beauty, you can ride the bright red cable car to Mont Faron for access to winding hiking trails and sweeping views of the bay. Policy Regarding Cancellation / No Show / Early Departure
In the event of cancellation of travel arrangements due to any reasons – we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the time/date we receive your notification in writing. Cancellation fees as below apply to the land packages and/or services.
Please note that taxes and fees will be refunded regardless of when the booking is canceled.

- 120 days or more prior to voyage - you can receive a full refund on any payments, excluding $400 of the deposit. For your deposit, you will receive Future Voyage Credit at this time.
- Between 119- 45 days days prior to voyage– any funds paid will be converted to Future Voyage Credit (FVC), good to use on any voyage 1 year from the original voyage start date.
- Within 44 days of your voyage– all funds paid are final. But you do have the option to send someone else in your place up to 48 hours before your voyage if you really can't sail.

F.A.Q's
1. Does the price include airfare?
No. Everyone will need to book their airfare independently. Ace Travels Agency can also help you book your airfare reservations.
2. When is final payment due?
In general, the final payment is due 120 days before the departure with some exceptions. Any optional excursion payments are due 30 days before voyage.
3. Can I opt for a payment plan?
Yes, you can opt for the payment plan option also. After putting down the deposit, you can pay the balance amount in multiple installments of any amount provided the full payment must be received 120 days before the sailing starts.
4. Does the price include all meals
Yes while cruising. With more than 20+ delicious options available you will have plenty of dining choices.
5. Do U.S. citizens need a passport and/or a visa?
Yes. Virgin Voyages require Sailors to have a valid passport with an expiration date at least 6 months after the voyage end date. For this specific voyage US Citizens will not require a visa.
6. Is alcohol included?
As an Adult-by-Design experience, Virgin Voyages has an array of carefully selected beer, wine and expert cocktail options shipwide. If you must bring that rare bottle of red you got in the south of France, we get it. Guests are also welcome to bring two (2) 750mL bottles of wine per cabin in carry-on bags (sorry, no liquor or beer please). Please note, any alcohol in your checked luggage will be collected pre-sailing and returned once your voyage is complete. You are also welcome to bring specialty liquors from a port of call on board. Simply hand them to our security team as you board, and Virgin Voyages will hold them until your final night.
7. I’m a guest with a disability. If I require an accommodation or other type of assistance, is there anything I should be doing in advance?
If you require accommodation or other special assistance during your voyage (such as an interpreter, alternative format materials, embarkation/disembarkation assistance, dietary restrictions) and/or have any questions regarding accessibility (such as bringing a service dog or oxygen), please inform Amarilis from Ace Travels when registering or contact her at 305-894-9919 or [email protected] so she can make the necessary arrangements on your behalf.
8. What is the minimum age to travel?
Every Virgin Voyages sailing is an experience created exclusively for adults, and the minimum age to book and sail is 18 years old.
9.How many Sailors can occupy one cabin?
The number of guests per cabin depends on the selected cabin. Overall, occupancy of cabins ranges from 1 to 4 guests. If you are seeking to book more than 2 guests in a cabin please contact Amarilis at [email protected] or at 304-894-9919 so she can requote and adjust pricing as needed.
10. Are you able to accommodate my dietary requests and/or food allergies?
Because the ships are supplied all over the world, it may be easier to meet your specific food allergy requirements in some countries, but very difficult in others.
Special dietary requests should be submitted to Ace Travels at least 60 days prior to sailing. For requests made with less notice, we will make our best efforts to provide your requested accommodation but cannot guarantee the ability to do so. Virgin Voyages can arrange to have no sugar and low sodium meals for Guests with those specific medical dietary restrictions upon request. Please note, Virgin Voyages does not have allergen-free kitchens. They also do not offer Halal or Kosher Dining options.
11. How many bags can I check in?
This will vary by airline. Please check with your specific airline for details. For the cruise itself, Virgin Voyages has not placed restrictions on Guests luggage. They do recommend limiting the number of bags you bring on board so that they can accommodate all Guests and ensure a smooth embarkation.
12. Can I book different dates at this same price?
No. Offer valid for travel on the dates listed above only.
13. Can I add on days before and after to enjoy Barcelona?
Yes! Please note extra days will be at an additional cost. Please reach out to Ace Travels. They can help plan any additional days at no additional cost to you.
14. Is there a way to add travel insurance on this trip or do we have to purchase separately?
Travel insurance is highly recommended. Voyage Protection by Virgin Voyages can be purchased at any time before the final payment is made on a booking. Additionally, Ace Travels is also able to quote a third party insurance carrier for you at any time.
15. Is this an Ace Travels curate group trip?
Yes. This is a hybrid independent and group type travel. You will be on your own while on the cruise. There is the option to do excursions on your own or join Amarilis from Ace Travels on her specially selected excursions which will be done as part of a group.
16. Can I bring my dog Daisy?
