How We Create Your Fabulous Group Trip

Step 1: Let’s Chat
After you fill out the questionnaire, we will reach out to schedule a complimentary consultation call. This will provide the opportunity to learn more about the type of trip are envisioning and dreaming of. We will chat about your travel style, yours and your guest’s budget, destination preferences, planning fee options and more. Step 2: Let’s Get Started We will begin researching options for your group trip. We will reach out to our network of travel contacts to design an itinerary unique to your groups wishes. You will receive 2 -3 preliminary lodging options, along with a list of extra-curricular options that would appeal to the group. We will then work together to refine the itinerary based on your preferences. Step 3: Book It All Now, the easy part! We will create a website registration specific to your trip. You will share the link with all your guests and now Ace Travels will take care of all the travel bookings for you and your guests. From booking flights and hotels to the specialized tours, transfers and even dinner reservations or special receptions. You will receive your customized itinerary via a special app so you can access it during your travels. Step 4: You All Jet Off! All aboard for a tribe getaway of a lifetime! You and your group will depart for your journey, and you can all rest easy knowing you have a travel pro on the ground for support. If any issues arise while you are traveling, you can reach out via phone, email or the app and I will take care of it for you. |
