Jan 29, 2022 - Feb 2,2022
Imagine sitting in a heated cozy cabin drinking hot chocolate way up when to the north an eerie, sulphurous-green sheen begins to ripple into the night sky. It arcs itself into an ebb and flow, slowly growing, then suddenly bursts across the full expanse of the night sky waving and dancing as if it were happy. Before you know it you are caught in wonderous amazement at the beauty of this natural phenomenon so many wish to see at some point in their lives.
The next morning you are being hitched to a sled led by a team of huskies. Soon the brisk air is in your face and you begin to feel the exhilaration of being pulled as you take in the tranquil and untouched backcountry terrain of the Canadian wilderness.
Finally, you set off on an adventures to view and photograph wildlife in its natural habitat. You capture up close against the winter landscape backdrop Dall Sheep, Bighorn Sheep, Mountain Goat, Deer, Elk, Woodland Caribou, Wood Bison, Musk-Ox and Moose. You then top off the afternoon with a wild and crazy ride over prepared trails on a snowmobile through the same Yukon wilderness.
These are the adventures you will experience in this amazing trip to Canada's Yukon region. This tour will allow you to experience mother nature in its most beautiful state and the thrill of life in the Canadian wilderness. From dog sledding to the Aurora Borealis you will return with some of the most memorable experiences of your life.
