Sept 11, 2021 - Sept 20, 2021

Imagine yourself in a Tokyo arena.  There is chanting all around you.  It progressively gets louder and louder. Folks start stomping and the ground starts to shake. Two Sumo wrestlers step into the ring,  take a drink of water and throw salt into the air.  And then BOOM....you watch as two bodies collide into each other throwing one opponent off balance!
It grows quiet and then the crowd goes wild!

Later in the week you enter your traditional Japenese ryokan, throw on your yakuta (light robe), slip on some slippers and get comfortable as your nakai-san prepares your first cup of local tea. You then prepare to indulge in a multi course kaiseki dinner -- all served in the privacy of your room.  An hour later you are soaking in a hot spring, embraced by warm waters and enjoying the sweeping views of the majestic snow capped Mount Fuji.

These are just some of the things you will see and experience in this amazing trip to Japan , the land of the rising sun.    From Tokyo to Osaka , this cultural tour will allow you to  experience Japan through cultural and traditional. From food tastings in Tokyo,  soaking in an onsen while looking up at Mount Fuji, a tea ceremony with a Maiko to a Kimono fashion show in Kyoto you will experience Japan with every one of your senses.
