How do I sign up to become a Cultural Passport Ambassador?
You can sign up by completing the registration form on our website and joining the Ace Travels Cultural Passport Facebook group.
What does the complimentary land package include?
The complimentary land package includes accommodations, tours, and activities as specified in the trip itinerary. It does not cover airfare, personal expenses, passport processing fees, visa fees, meals or any additional costs.
Are all Ace Travels group trips eligible for the program?
No, not all Ace Travels group trips qualify for the Cultural Passport Ambassador Program. Ace Travels will determine which trips qualify for the program.
What happens if I don’t recruit five people for the trip?
If you do not recruit at least five people, you will be responsible for the full cost of your trip.
How is my deposit handled?
You must put down a deposit when signing up. Once you have recruited five travelers and they have made their deposits, your deposit will be reimbursed. If you do not recruit five people, your deposit will be applied to your trip costs.
Can the people I recruit be family members or friends?
Yes, the people you recruit can be family members, friends, or anyone else interested in joining the trip.
Do all recruits need to register at the same time?
No, but they must all list you as their Ambassador on their registration forms for you to receive credit.
Can I recruit more than five people?
Yes, you can recruit more than five people, but the complimentary land package is only guaranteed upon recruiting a minimum of five people.
What if one of my recruits cancels their trip?
If a recruit cancels and your group falls below the minimum of five travelers, you will need to recruit another person or you will be responsible for the cost of your trip.
How do I ensure my recruits list me as their Ambassador?
There will be a designated space on the registration form for recruits to list their Ambassador. Please let them know to list you as the Ambassador.
Can I participate in multiple trips as an Ambassador?
Yes, you can participate in multiple trips, but each trip requires a separate set of recruits.
Are there any promotional materials available to help me recruit?
Yes, Ace Travels provides marketing materials, including flyers, social media posts, and email templates to help you promote the trip and recruit travelers.
What support will I receive from Ace Travels?
As a Cultural Passport Ambassador, you will receive support from our team, including answers to any questions, guidance on the recruitment process, and assistance with travel arrangements for your group.
